In my explo­ration, I started dis­cov­er­ing the leg­endary fla­vors with my bare hands, not the help from fancy machine. It seems clash with the impres­sion of cof­fee in many people’s minds that only a thousands-dollar machine can bring the joy­ful fla­vors.
